CL01: Creamsicle Cottage

Creamsicle Cottage is a newly built custom home where no detail has been overlooked. Creamsicle Cottage is situated on a quiet street in Corolla Light just steps from the Currituck Sound. When it's time to hit the beach, walk or bike over to the Oceanfront Complex just half a mile away, where you'll have access to three outdoor pools, a snack bar, shuffleboard, volleyball, basketball and a playground. Or use the nearby trolley stop and take the shuttle anywhere you want to go within Corolla Light, including the Sports Complex. This impressive 36,000 sq. ft. facility includes an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a fitness center with showers and a sauna, racquetball, walleyball, ping pong, and weekly classes/activities.

Creamsicle Cottage's location is perfect for guests who want to leave the car in the driveway and experience Corolla on foot or bike. Use the crosswalk to quickly make your way across the street to shopping and dining at the Corolla Light Town Center. Village Lane will lead you directly from the house to famous Corolla attractions including The Whalehead Club, Historic Corolla Park, the Currituck Maritime Museum, and of course, the Currituck Lighthouse.
