Spacious oceanfront decks provide plenty of opportunities to soak up the sunshine and and enjoy salty ocean breezes. The home was thoughtfully designed with multiple lounge areas. In addition to the plentiful decks, great room, and loft, common areas include a sunroom, media room, rec room with pool table, and a screened porch.
Floor-to-ceiling windows in the great room, dining room, and loft allow stunning ocean views to fill the room. There are views of the Currituck Lighthouse from some of the rooms and the lovely sitting area on the front porch. An elevator assists with unloading luggage and groceries. The kitchen is well-equipped and features a large capacity oven, ideal when cooking for a crowd. Meals can be enjoyed together in the adjacent dining area, which overlooks the ocean. The sun room off of the kitchen is a great place to curl up with a good book. The private den on the middle floor is another great place to relax and read or watch TV.
One master bedroom is available on the third floor and includes a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub and access to the deck. Three additional master bedrooms are located on the middle floor, each with a private bathroom. There is a whirlpool tub in one of the bathrooms, and two of the master bedrooms offer access to the covered deck. One more bedroom and full bathroom are available on the second floor. The final bedroom and full bathroom are on the home’s ground floor.
Many evenings of fun will be on your vacation agenda in rec room on the ground floor, which offers a pool table. Stock the nearby wet bar with snacks and drinks so refreshments are readily available.
Just outside, the shared beach access is directly behind the home. Take a stroll on the beach or take advantage of the plethora of exciting amenities that Corolla Light’s oceanfront complex has to offer. The oceanfront complex, featuring multiple community pools, is just a short walk from the home. Two outdoor showers and an outdoor bathroom are convenient during and after your fun in the sun. Take advantage of all of the amenities Corolla Light offers, such as tennis, pickleball, an indoor pool and fitness center, and much more. “Le Chateau de Sable” will be your family’s favorite Outer Banks castle in the sand!
Corolla Light is a wristband community. Each guest must have a wristband to use any community amenities. This home provides 12 wristbands.
